Kenzie Browne

Privacy policy

Last updated: September 30, 2026

I'm Kenzie Browne, a painter based in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information I collect through this website, why, and what I do with it. I handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What I collect

When you send a commission request, I collect:

My web host also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security, and I use your IP address briefly to limit spam submissions.

How I use it

I don't sell your information, and I won't add you to a mailing list without asking.

Your photos

Your photos are only used to create your painting. They're sent to me by email or stored in a private folder on my web host that isn't publicly accessible. I won't post your photos, or the finished painting, publicly without your permission. I delete your photos, including copies in my email, within 6 months of finishing your piece (or of our last contact, if we don't go ahead), or sooner if you ask.

Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram)

This site uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. It uses cookies and similar technology to tell Meta when someone visits the site or sends a request, so I can measure my ads on Facebook and Instagram and show them to people who may be interested. Meta may process this information outside of Canada, including in the United States, under its own privacy policy. The Pixel does not receive your form answers or photos.

You can control ad personalisation in your Meta ad preferences, block third-party cookies in your browser, or opt out through the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada.

Who else handles your information

My website and email are hosted by Hostinger, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers may store or process data outside Canada. When information is outside Canada, it may be accessible to authorities there under local law.

How long I keep it

I keep emails about your commission for as long as I need them for the order, my records, and tax purposes, and then delete them.

Privacy contact

Adam Duggan is responsible for how personal information is handled on this site. You can reach him at (please put "Privacy" in the subject line).

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or withdraw your consent and ask me to delete it (unless I need to keep something for legal or tax reasons). Just email me at .

If you have a concern I can't resolve, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes

If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
